Much like the circumstance of my first stand up for the champions post, aaagaaaain we've got our lousy, brain-droughted cricketers on one side... who've taken shame to a whole new level...

and Aisam ul Haq on the other.He's fought his way to both the Mens' double and the Mixed double Finals in the year's last GRAND SLAM... the US Open...

For the first time, Pk tennis fans were able to see him play live, in the mixed final.
The pair lost :'s but
the match... was pretty awesome,
our green flag at the award ceremony... majestic,
getting the runner's up shield.... momentous in Pakistan's history
and his talk at the end... of hoping to send good news to a terrorism and flood stricken country.... heck emotional for all us Pakistanis glued to the screen! :'D :'D
He even called the mike-lady back to thank all the Pakistani fans watching him play.

In the end, best of luck for today's match!
But whatever the outcome, we know our green flag's going to be there on the centre court for the awards ceremony... and we can't thank our champion enough for giving us that! :')
